He has lead many development teams and is involved with projects from the sales process and throughout project inception and delivery.

Edward was one of the lead developers on the Axispoint Recruitment Accelerator project which used IBM BPM to streamline the NHS recruitment process. Working closely with the University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust, Edward developed a system which integrates into NHS Jobs and ESR (the NHS’s Electronic Staff Record System).

Edward has also worked on projects with 2 of the worlds largest financial organisations, one of which where he was the technical architect of the BPM solution, leading a team of 6 developers. This project involved developing a product which is now live for 2 of the organisation’s clients.
